I am a dedicated marketer and a true dad. Returning to work after my first experience of fatherhood felt like changing diapers of different varieties and sizes. This doesn’t mean work is bad, but it highlights how fatherly fortitude applies to both business and baby care. Both roles require purpose, energy, and love. With attention and a lot of coffee, both can flourish.

Raising a child demands patience, intention, and relentless vigor, similar to tackling marketing challenges. Progress isn’t difficult, but doing it well requires the thoughtful, calculative touch of a dad. When facing complex issues, I break them down into tangible actions, explaining them as I would to my toddler. Importantly, I approach this with empathy and integrity, avoiding patronization.
